Finalized Design Phase

When the series of steps are known and enumerated, a very clear and precise picture of the completed project or goal are known and understood.

This is the time wherein things are “set”.

These steps are written and are followed, to implement the design.

This is not to say that things cannot be altered, but the concept of the design and the project are precisely specified and understood.
